Chronomat Series - Chronomat 01

Description

Formerly called the Chronomat B01 and quickly renamed to just Chronomat 01. This is the first watch from Breitling to use their landmark B01 in-house movement, the first movement designed and manufactured completely in-house by Breitling. Introduced at Baselworld in 2009, only time will tell how warmly it is received. The Pink Gold version has 100m water resistance, while the steel versions have 500m.

In 2011, this watch was renamed to Chronomat 44, and the size of the watch, while unchanged, has been listed as 44mm, instead of 43.5mm in the literature.
