Yeah that's Gerd Lang's Heuer (or at least one of them). Very interesting man and a very good brand in Chronoswiss.

Whilst thumbing through Chronolog 05 last night I've decided this little beauty will be my current grail watch, and of course there is the 2009 Chronomatic limited edition of 125 to consider as well.............................................

After seeing the previous watches my "Holy Grail" watch seems inexpensive. It is the IWC Aquatimer Chronograph Cousteau Divers. Its a very nice watch, I tried one on at a IWC dealer, could not justify paying the $11,000 price tag. That was before I got my first Breitling.

I really, really like that watch.

Are these those solid gold ones you tested the water with on here a year or so back Roff? If so they were lovely pieces. (Just a bit pricey!)

Yep!

And I prefer the term 'reflective of value' than 'a bit pricey'

Actually, the prices are lower than when they were introduced 7 years ago - probably the only new Breitlings to have gone down in price since then

"Reflective of value" That sounds dangerously close to salesman spin!

I forget the exact price now, but what I DO remember is that it was too rich for me........ unfortunately.

my ultimate grail watch would be any of the Omega Speedmasters Actually worn on the moon!!! but im pretty sure they would come above the price limit.

but the one real world watch im really drawn to at the moment is this Jaager Le Coultre Duometre! love it!
