I have a Maritime Chrono that my father gave me back in 1987 when I was on Active duty in the Navy stationed on Guam.
I used the watch until the stem broke in 1997. I would like to get it fixed but I’m not where to take it. I live in Kansas.

Breitling should still be able to work on this.

Check www.breitling.com and find the nearest AD that is also a service centre. They'll give you an estimate prior to any work so that you know what you are looking at.
