Hello,
I have been wearing my Navitimer almost everyday for the past month and enjoying the experience.

Last night coming home I noticed my bracelet is broken.... I must of lost the end screw or rivit.....

Scans below.

1) Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you fix?
2) Does it mean the entire bracelet is no good? or can it be fixed?
3) Any cost ideas for this repair?

I'd love to say that you have a screw loose, but that's not the case this time.

It's a long rivet on the piece that secures the clasp, I'm sure it can be fixed.

Cost, no idea...more than 100 less than 1000.

You don't have to buy another bracelet.
Trip to AD will solve your problem.

I just sent my Breitling Bracelet to the official distributor..... the dealers in my home town - Brisbane - are absolutely hopeless. Hardy Bros - very $$$ and not very knowledgable..... Watches of Switzerland - ok but only really interested provided you bought the watch from them (AND ARCHIE ONLY EVER BUYS USED!).

My email was as such:-

May 20, 2009

Service Department
DKSH AUSTRALIA PTY LTD.
LEVEL 3, 154 ELIZABETH STREET,
SYDNEY NSW 2000

Dear Sir/Madam,

Re:- Breitling Navitimer Bracelet Problem.

I have enclosed my bracelet from my Breitling Navitimer watch for repair.

It appears the pin keeping the end of the bracelet and safety clasp in place has broken.

Please replace this pin and also please provide a new set of spring bars – I am a bit fearful of them breaking at a later stage.

Please charge my credit card for this items:-

Yours truly,
Archie

I have the same problem is there anywhere you can buy this pin as it looks very easy to repair.

My daughter's two tone B-class Pilot bracelet had the same problem. Repaired quickly and inexpensively by local (Houston) Breitling authorized service center.
Best,
Ron
