Just bought a Chronomat B01 two weeks ago.
Pilot bracelet and dark grey / anthracite dial / steel case.
Its fantastic, the only downside is the fact that a load of colleagues bought fake ones during missions and vacations. So people assume mine to be a fake as well.
Then again, so what I know its real and I love it.
Plus it gives me a sence of coolness looking around me in the dining hall, spotting a whole bunce of fakes.

The fakes I’m talking about are just replicas of older models.
I haven’t seen any B01 replicas yet, let’s hope it stays that way for a while.
And the people wearing them, just colleagues, not friends.

:welcome: Welcome to the site and congrats on the B01.
Interesting comment about your friends fakes.
Are they fake B01's or Breitling in general?

Welcome to the site :D

Be good to see some pics. Sounds like you've got a nice combo there

Be a shame if the B01 has been copied already

Exactly. I was surprised to hear that. I would think he means other Breitlings in general.

Thanks Bnewbie. Didn't know they were out already.
Fortunately easy to spot though.

Guys please correct me if I am wrong but don't MOST Swiss watch companies outsource some of their watch parts to Chinese companies, obviously in the highest secrecy 8) ?
<250$/month makes much more sense than $250/day  >

I know for one ROLEX says 100% Suisse-made in their manuals but what about other companies, for example TAG?

The percentage of Suisse-made components must only be 51%, to qualify as a Gen Suisse-made product..... Anyone have an idea about this matter?

This comes up with great regularity on the various watch forums.

I have never heard of any evidence that it's true of any of the major watch brands.
