One of the things that is cool about this venue (the only internet forum of any kind I've been involved in) is its anonimity. It's kind of fun conjuring in your mind who all these people are based on the clues offered here. Like what does your user name signature or avatar say? (BoneDoc really is a Bone Doctor) Also I'm probably a little paranoid about putting personal information out there.

But the diversity in occupation certainly does go along with the beauty of the wide range of global location we represent.

So:

My company ships containerized goods to Alaska via tug and barge. In addition to being responsible for Pricing/Marketing, I manage our sales and customer service staff. I also dabble in process inovation and refinement. We move the equivalent of +/- 1000 truckloads a week from Seattle to various Alaska destinations.

I'll mark 18 years this week.

PS: I NEVER enter nuclear reactors (as a firm rule).

I'm the Operations Manager for a large Radiator Company in the Chicagoland area....Oh yeah, and I do the whole watch thing on the side.
