I'm curious too. IWC BI, perhaps?

As a cheap daily wearer?! I wish!

No, we're talking under £1500 here. Something tough and rugged, but better balanced weight-wise than the Doxa and that will fit under a shirt sleeve.

There are alot of die hard Doxa fans out there, but there are also a huge number of people that need to try the Doxa's just to see one in person. There are many the get flipped quickly, and those watches tend to travel around the forums like a hot potato. Kinda like the Sinn U1 too. I've owned about 8 or 9 Doxa's and only have one now. Great watches, but all too similar so I just kept my favorite and let the rest make their rounds through the sales forums.
I once owned a Sinn U1, and I was the 4th owner, and after I sold it I tracked it through 6 more owners before I lost track of it. And it still looked great.
D8, at least now you can say you tried one and move on with a clear conscience. Congrats on a quick sale.
So fess up, what is incoming?
Yes I'm glad I've tried a Doxa, Mark - it's just a real shame it wasn't as comfortable as I'd have liked, because I love the look of them. Obviously that's the peril of buying a watch without being able to try one on beforehand.

The Doxa's replacement was bought on-line too, but fortunately I know someone with something very similar so I was able to "try before it bought" this time.
Oh and while it's not a Sinn U1, you're not a million miles away from the truth there, Mark! Pictures will follow tonight.......
