Do you mean 14.5 cm, or about 5.7 inches?
I have a pretty small wrist at between 6.25 and 6.50 inches and I wear my Steelfish on an Ocean Racer. Cut to fit me, the rubber strap has two empty holes on each side (to be precise, 3 empty holes on each side, one of which is used by a springbar leaving 2 empty when the watch is worn); the holes are nearly 1/4" apart meaning that I could still "shrink" my strap by almost 1/2" on each side for a total of close to 1" more in adjustment. Taking all that into account, along with the adjustment in the clasp itself, I believe the strap can be made to fit you, with room to spare.
When I reviewed the Ocean Racer when it first became available in 22mm, I think I commented on the fact that the strap could be cut down to fit a really small wrist. Unless the design of the strap has changed from my early version, that should still hold true.
