Well, it's the F number of a two tone, but the gold-gold has worn off. I honestly prefer silver based watches so that works out for me :D

Should the gold wear off? I thought the rider tabs would be solid?

I'm plumbing the depths of my memory now, but I believe that the rider tabs these days are solid, but there have also been plated and rolled versions (rolled is a very thick plating) in earlier years.

This is a plating that appears to be measurably thick. Think plated bullets and that's about right.

In the rider tab numbers you can still see the yellow gold and on the sides of the rider tabs.

Hmmm, I might see how much white gold rider tabs are. Now that's an idea :D
