Hello everyone,

I posted in the help section earlier, but just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jeremiah, from San Francisco and I just purchased a year old Emergency yellow dial from a friend-colleague. I am a Journalist who was recently hired to do some travel/adventure pieces and I developed a massive crush on the Breitling line, after some searching/recommendations from a few friends in my line of work. My paperwork is already in to Breitling, so just waiting for them to confirm transfer and I get the watch.... very excited.

I have spent a few days perusing the forums here and I just want to commend you all on the fantastic knowledge base and resource you guys are. it's been a real education. Not to mention the service you guys do to help unsuspecting buyers of fraudulent merchandise.... really excellent stuff. It's been extremely fun to read when you guys bust scammers. I am already learning how to spot fakes on 2 prospective models I am interested in.

looking forward to becoming part of the "Breitling" family, and thank you all again for this most informative website!

Jeremiah

I want an emergency, but the temptation to play with the emergency transponder (or whatever it's called) is too great. So I have a Yellow Seawolf Ti instead. It's my favorite color configuration, it seems to go so well with the Ti case. Welcome and congrats on the watch!

welcome aboard

@Evo you wont be tempted to play with it. i am the type to press all buttons in a new car or click all icons but have never been tempted to unscrew the cap even when very drunk infact im probably even moire analk about people coming near it when im a bit tipsy.

its a bit like people who make daft gun jokes, i just dont find them funny, so when my friend goes yeah this is one one you wanna unscrew to cause him issues i just scowl back
