It's not yanking my chain much either I'm afraid. I preferred the DLC's Deepsea I found the other day, but surface coated piece don't do it for me personally.

To me it appears DLC, not a PVD (at least the head).
Although DLC SDDS looks better.

Not a bad looking piece, seems to be in good shape for a 5 year with PVD coating, too. That's the first Rolex I have seen with such a treatment. Have to say, I like the Blacksteel a lot better. Somehow, the Rolex lacks that militaristic look.

Some how the black colour stripped away all the Roxel-nes out of it??? Blacksteels work much better.

If I thought this was real I would like it. I would never buy it though. If I buy a Rolex I'm going to make sure it's one I can wear for all occasions.
