New here. Picked up a calf strap on another forum. 22-18. The underside looks very different from the 22-20 straps I have had in the past. Is this because it is NOS, or did I pickup a fake. The make of the strap feels very similar to calf straps I have owned in the past.

As the guys said, it's real alright, but it's not the latest type. The newer ones are 20mm at the clasp and yours is 18mm. Nothing wrong with it at all, just not the latest design.

Hi, hambone and welcome aboard. The strap is definitely real. Fakes rarely have the correct model number in the rectangle, in fact I've never seen a fake with the correct model number on it. The 22-18 strap you have was discontinued in 2003 in favor of the wider at the buckle 22-20 model which remains current.
Best,
Ron
