 Post subject: aerospace II bracelet

can anybody help, i recently purchased a used aerospace II it came with all the docs etc, i thought i was been careful and sent off pictures etc breitling uk, the watch is a titanium trimed with gold on watch and strap, i however today noticed that one of the end caps on the links is warn and this is not solid gold, i thought the gold on the bracelet was solid and not plated? the watch strap does not have any serial markings but says swiss made with the letter m inside a circle?

Does anyone have any information on that could help identify if the strap is genuine or a replacement?

Links are solid only on full gold bracelets.
