Might be because it's older quartz.

It's hard to obtain spare parts for old quartz.

For me, it is the quartz movement that I don't like, be it old or new.
Great watch! but I just prefer mechanical. I am sure there are a lot of folks however that do like them and I am sure someone will make you an offer.
Keep your chin up mate, it'll sell.

It just seems to be a little slow with the sales forums these days. I've noticed that over the past few months, new daily posts are dwindling and the same ones keep being bumped up. I just think alot of people are not buying unnecessary "fun" stuff these days. Prioritizing their spending. I'm sure it will go at some point. I put a few up for sale a little while back and I have to say, right now, you can't be in a rush to sell anything.
My 2 pennies.

I think there are a lot of reasons - most of them having been stated. Quartz is a more specialist appeal on here than mechanical, older quartz is even more specialised and in this market people don't have as much cash - just ask Driver8!

Additionally, this isn't the kind of watch that is going to be many people's 'only' Breitling so it's even more of a discretionary buy.

cheers guys it originaly sold on ebay uk for £589 with the winning bidder being a timewaster and non payer so we agreed a deal off ebay,It was listed with a rider tab missing and the wrong strap and it still sold for £589 so with me spending over £150 on strap, box and rider tabs I thought it would easily make what I am asking,I want to pay for two incoming lings so need to sell quickly.

I love this watch but maybe the asking price is a little high.

I'm a bit surprised you got your asking price as well...priced too high even with the new rider tabs and bracelet you procured from WUS for an older quartz movement.

All of the ones on ebay are far higher mate<i had a few offers in the end all offering about the same I dont think it was highly priced at all I think it was very well priced and obviuosly so did the buyer,Anything is only worth what someone will pay and I sold it for what I wanted so It proves my pricing was right,Look at others on forums selling their watches for a lot more than I would pay,But as I said its sold now so no point arguing if its too expensive or not I got what I wanted and thats that.
