I like it :lingsrock: It looks more casual than most chronomats. Something you could wear with pretty much anything.

Not keen personally. While I like a lot of brushed watches, they all tend to be by other manufacturers. Steel Breitlings need to be polished IMHO.

I don't think so.

There's a good thread about that in General Watch Discussion, Roff's last thread.

It has some immediate eye catching appeal as it's 'different', but personally it looks like it's lost something - the brushed Blackbird has to be the standard, and this looks like a 'lesser' watch.

I like it. I like the polished chronomat better, but i like this better than some of the current brushed options from Breitling.

I like it but I'd really like to see this with the anthracite/grey dial. Would look kind of stealthy!

Not bad, I think, kind of a white dialed blackbird almost. Still like the large date aspect of a blackbird better.
BTW Newbs; nice response!

Odd... I DO like the look, and think it would good on many Breitlings. Not a fan of it on that particular watch, though, with the white face.

Nice option.

But surface treatment I prefer most is that of the BB: generally brushed but case/lug sides, crown and pushers polished. Brushed/polished surfaces alternating usually looks really amazing and elegant.
Maybe the new Chronomat B01 will come one day w/such surfaces - and day-date feature (with upright date digits!!!), using the older bezel calligraphy (I do not miss those pullover-pulling rider tabs though...) and with a "normal size" case, say 40-41 mm, excuse my ineptitude full Lingers!!! 8)
BTW the new color combo "Blackeye Blue" is really amazing!!!! Congrats on this point, Breitling!

Best regards from beautiful Budapest:

Robertus
