Were you watching "The Apprentice"? - if so was that a Navi that Sir Alan was wearing? I appreciate that a pic would help this thread but a quick internet search has produced nothing.

It was indeed a Navitimer he has quite a few watches including a Daytona and a Pam

Thought so. I remeber seeing something on him about how he worked in a high-end watch shop in London as one of his first jobs. No suprise he has quite a collection then.

Yep - I thing you are right. I knew I had seen one of those super rich, self made guys starting out working in a luxury watch shop. Full marks to you on your memory & deciphering what I was going on about! :bow:

I saw the apprentice and Sir Alan's Navi is the same as mine, I think? Not sure if it was Black calf or Black croc?

It was hard to tell which strap Sir A had on it without getting too close to the telly & getting an ear-full from the misses for being a "watch geek" as she puts it...

However it looked really nice and I think that face / sub-dial combo is my favorite - good choice! :lingsrock:

The wife was watching it & I dismissed it - would have paid a lot more attention if I had noticed that as I have a chronomat evo on the way! :D

I always look at what watch people on the TV are wering even pausing and frame by frame if I have it on sky +,am I a watch geek or what

its sad my wife just looks at mje and shakes her head and gives me one of those looks,Still sh is Sho spotter so we are even.
