As Driver8 stated right at the start of this thread - it's solid gold.

Correct. Bezel is solid gold, crown and pushpieces are rolled gold, hands and markers are plated, Breitling wings logo is solid (although very thin).

Thanks for finding out matey.
I just called Breitling's London HQ and they said the same that the pushers and the Bezel are 100% solid 18K Gold, not over metal.
Just glad i have the "CROC" strap.
