so im guessing to take off the bezel is to unscrew those little screws on the side off the bezel to get it off?

There are topics here on that too!!

Make sure that you use the right size screwdriver to avoid damage, don't take the screws right out (they are a pain to relocate) and take your time.

If you don't have the right size screwdriver get your AD to polish the bezel for you - that's a bit more than just removing swirl marks!

Breitling used to be anal about this sort of thing and would re-brush a polished bezel, but they seem to be getting a little more reasonable these days.

well i got in those capecod cloths from ebay they work so good i even use them to clean my chain it came out real good i was surprised how good they work on metal's
