So we need to consider other reasons that it stopped. First and the most obvious is do you have it plugged in with the electrical adapter or are you running it on batteries?
Cheers.

If currently on battery try the electrical adapter, might be a issue with battery strength.

The second thing I would consider is is the winder adequate for the Hercules which requires 650 turns per day.

Cheers.

You can confirm this by switching the winder to the continues mode for a few days and see what happens.

I have a 4 watch winder and have noticed on the odd occasion that the head that my Super Avenger is sitting sometimes runs a bit slower than the other with the lighter watches. (Some times even stops, and I find that the screw that locks the head to the motor comes loose hence the slow or stop condition) I think this says allot about the quality of this winder.

Thanks for the quick replies chaps.

I've had the winder on mains power ever since I had it, so that's not the problem. I'll keep an eye on the situation and see what happens.

I just recently purchased a Orbita Monaco Six off the Bay for a steal and I love it. It actually got a little dinged up in shipping and I filed a claim through FedEx where it was decided in my favor. So now I have an almost free Orbita 6 and couldn't be happier. I know it's alot to spend, but the resale value is awesome and each winder is individually programmed.
