Hi All

First post so go easy on me

I lost my Navitimer in the Sheffield area of the UK on 2/3 of april and was wondering if you`d all keep an eye out for it. It`s a A23322 s/s braclet blue dial silver subs the serial number is 608000 all in mint condition.

Chances are i`m going to get screwed by my insurance, so far there only going to pay out £3000, a new one is around £4280 at the moment so it looks like i`ll be looking second hand. I wouldn`t mind a change and i`ve seen a Bentley Motors that i fancy but the Navitimer is the original and in my opinion best so i`m in two minds which to go for at the moment.

Please keep an eye out for my Navitimer.

P.S if you need any more details about the watch please ask

Thanks, Jon

Not the happist post to reply to with a 'welcome to the forum' but nonetheless....Welcome to the forum.

Sorry to hear about your lost Ling and it's a bummer if you get stung by the insurance company.

Probably won't help you in the short term, but if you email BUK with the model and serial number they will add the details to their lost/stolen database. All watches that come through Breitling for service or repair are checked against this database and appropriate action is taken if a lost or stolen one flags up.

Good Luck

:( Sorry to hear that you've lost your watch, hope your insurance pays up. Look on the bright side you can get some good deals for cash at the moment....Guy at John Dyson, Leeds, is a person great to deal with for instance.

what about that one well within your budget and only two months old

Hi guys,

I am selling my 2 month old Breitling Navitimer on black leather strap to fund a new purchase of a sub date.

This watch was worn maybe 3-4 times and I realized how much I wanted a sub date, so I am selling it at half price.

It looks brand new with no scratches, no dings, no flaws at all. It comes with receipt dated at Torneau on January 2009, 2 years on Breitling Warranty, complete papers, and all 3 boxes.

Price is $2550, reduced from $2995
I have plenty of references on Time Zone, and please do not hesitate to ask for them.

Please contact me if you are interested, I will be happy to answer questions and send more pictures: pkrussel36@gmail.com

Thanks everyone for the Commiserations, i feel truley heart broken.

I think i might have a change and go with a Bentley this time. The Le Mans is stunning but i do have to wait to see what the insurance company says before i make my final decision (dont want to jinx things)

Thanks again everyone and congrats on a great site

Hi. Sorry to hear about your loss! I was wondering how you came to loose it, did the strap malfunction in some way? I also have a Navitimer, therefore am keen to know so I can beware.

Thanks.

Hi, dont worry it was all my fault i think.

I dont know where its gone, i've not really slept since i knew it was missing cos i just keep going over the thurs/fri in my head, i've done it so much now i'm not sure what happened to it.

I do put this down to the Champix(stop smoking drug that blocks the recepters in the brain) i`m taking, my memory is normally great.

Cheers, Jon
