imo we're really spoiled by breitling's detailed warranty "booklet" information, and tend to get a paranoid when some little detail don't match up. with some other brand most of the time you get a little warranty card with all info written in by hand. they're very casual sometime. here are 2 of my watches directly from iwc/panerai ADs. both are stamped but the IWC don't even have any info written in and the stamp looks like a $2.99 rubber stamp from kinko's! forget about serial #s and movement etc. the watches are mid-entry levels of both brands.

I am sorry if you feel that I offended you in any way. Yes you answered me my e-mails and yes you were helpful.

The reason I have not responded to your offer for refund is that I haven't made up my mind yet. The thing is I don't miss the COSC and the manual, as long as the watch is perfect and has warranty, I don't need the other docs. I do not intend to sell it later, so the missing documents are not a big issue.

The only reason why I am concerned about them is that this is my first purchase online and I am a bit suspicious and aware. I started this thread not to offend you or to spread bad word, but only to find out more about possible reasons for these documents to be missing. Since I now decided to keep the watch I will have to live with not ever finding out how where they lost.

However, if you find the documents by accident I will be happy to have the watch and documentation complete.

Thanks,

Michal

So what is it to be Michal, are you keeping it or what?

I think i have been more than fair, if it is my fault than it was an honest mistake, but as i said i was sure that they were in the box.

Please email me if you want to take up the offer, i would rather talk in private rather than shout my mouth off in public.

OK guys, let's leave this one here.

As Mhopton07 suggested it's probably a good idea to take any ongoing discussions/disputes off the open forum and onto PM's. Hopefully he and Misto can sort this out to their mutual satisfaction and then post some transaction feedback in the correct section.

I have a feeling this one could get heated, so I'm locking the thread.
