I have a question. Probably one quite dumb and embarrasingly patent, but here goes.
Aside from the production years, minor asethetic differences and minimal case size differences, The Montbrillant 1461 Jours and the Montbrillant Olympus are essentially the same watch, especially as far as the date, and overall function. Correct?

In reading the description on the BS site it states that the 1461 was an original complication of the day, date, month and moon phase. That was utilized later in the current Olympus correct?

Boy it's hard to hit the submit button but here goes.

Thanks

br549,

I believe you are correct - same functions - 1461, Navitimer Olympus, & Montbrillant Olympus

They both use the same movement - the Breitling 19, which is a modular movement built on the ETA 2892-A2 platform.
