Looking at purchasing an Evo from LaSwiss in the Toronto area. Just wanting to know if anyone has deal with them? What was there experience like? Do they recommend a specific sales person/store. Thanks!

La Swiss is definitely the biggest player in the Toronto area. I've bought six pieces from the chain in total and have had generally good experiences. As with any store, there are some sales people that are better than others and certain locations I prefer.

I would recommend Simon at La Swiss Fairview. He understands the service part of the business better than any AD I've dealt with. He's friendly, knowledgeable and will look after you even after the sale.

So two of you think Marius is great.

I know Marius very well, see him almost weekly, and I used to use Bloor a lot. Now I'm not going to say that Marius isn't going to give you a good deal, but I always found it a lot easier to get the best deal elsewhere. Nowadays, Marius would give me pretty much any price I asked for because he wants my business back, but in my experience he will never be as flexible as he can be.

If anyone wants an introduction to someone PM me and I'll be happy to help, but it won't be Marius.

In terms of La Swiss, they are owned by Grigoros who are the distributor for Breitling in Canada so they will always have the best ability to be flexible on price, but the service can be a bit hit or miss.

LaSwiss wouldn't return my emails for inventory checks (I emailed 3 stores), so I went to another AD to buy my first Breitling.
