My wrist is 6.5" - I tried on the DayDate II, which is smaller, but it didn't sit as well.
However - I wouldn't go any bigger than this!

the best looking Rolex Day-Date (41mm; and 2mm thicker than the old one) solid Yellow Gold or Platinum watch ever produced...
