I can't make out a lot in the photo, but I agree with the above comments. Also, that kind of looks like an old PRO I bracelet, but not 24mm would be my guess, it looks so narrow. If it was a special order, it would have been a long time ago!
The whole thing actually looks very unappealing, and I think the dealer is pulling a fast one!
