I'm getting to take a ride in the Breitling (stunt) plane.

Has anyone ever done this before?

That sounds fantastic! How did you swing that? There will be a lot of jealous folks here, so take lots of pictures for us...

I have a great AD who arranged it!

Was supposed to take place last weekend but it was too cloudy - so we've rescheduled for some time in the next month.

I'm excited (and a little scared!)

Foregive me, ijen0311, for asking this, but are you known as
"The Watch Girl" on another forum (which shall remain nameless)?
The photo in your icon looks familiar.

You are going to have a great time. Flying aerobatics is a lot of fun! Your pilot will probably let you do some flying.

Any of you in the Houston area who want a ride in a Great Lakes (vintage aerobatic biplane), let me know.

Was in the air cadets in school and had a few aerobatic flights in a Chipmunk - absolutely loved it (even in a Chipmunk!!).

You'll definitely enjoy it!

Don't wear your new Chrono Cockpit while riding on this plane.
The rotor wobble on your wrist will certainly catapult you out of the plane.

If anyone is in the Houston area, you should definitely take Snaproll up on this offer. I had the opportunity to take a few flights in a Great Lakes about 15 or 16 years ago. Friend of the family restored one with his dad. His dad was a flight instructor in the air force and they used Great Lakes to train pilots (yes, he was very old). Anyway, by far one of the greatest experiences of my life. Nothing more thrilling than doing rolls in an open cockpit biplane.

And ijen0311, have a BLAST. Definitely sounds like the opportunity of a lifetime. Do you know what kind of aircraft they are taking you up in?
