Model No 375748 and there are 3 other numbers below No122,is this an actual model for Breitling?.

I can't post a pic,it's a Breitling that is for sale,i'm chatting to the lady online now,she says she bought it for her husband as a present {now divorced}so selling and she says it's approx 50 years old,thats all i know but iv'e search using the numbers she gave and came up with nothing.
