This is all very simple,

If you are on this board at all you are not just a guy that "dabbles" in Lings, you are a Ling enthusiast. So don't try to make your own decisions, take it from Veteran Ling Enthusiasts and stick with Full Lings. With that in mind get the Super Avenger, get used to the size and reap the benefits of having such a substantial piece of Ling Excellence. Thinking is a couple steps down from knowing so if you "Think" you don't like or don't want a Super Avenger it is because you are still "Thinking" and not doing enough KNOWING. Become a Ling enthusiast that KNOWS and GET THE SUPER AVENGER !! Then when you have had a chance to wear your SA for a while if you want a more conservative, understated watch simply pick up a Nav World, a Nav Legende or a Bentley. After a few more months you will write in to this forum and say how glad you are that you took the advice and you will be ready to help other new Ling enthusiasts with their decisions.

I see the two troops raging and recruiting before the final blow...

Seriously, I like all Breitlings, and I believe most of us do.

Another thing: defiancekofb, you've mentioned your ice-covered SA a few times now - any possibility to post a pic? :P

Have the best of both worlds......Own a FULL LING, and wear some heavy metal on your wrist to a concert.

There are photos in the gallery, I didn't say it was ice covered, I said only the top bezel, I thought the top + sides would look tacky as hell.

http://breitlingsource.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=731

PS - However, I am beginning to feel like the ice bezel is alittle overkill, since the watch is already huge in itself. If feel like i'm wearing a cheezy Jacob & Co watch.

"I for instance can not believe someone would take the SA over a Chrono Evo "

Hahahaha, I just did... A good friend of mine got my tiny twotoned Evo and I ordered a white SA. Nothing beats the feeling of the SA if you ask me. And I am 205 cm tall, so it looks mediumsized on me. Perfect!

Soon I´ll put the Full Ling Club-sign in my signature...

(the only problem is that I am still waiting for it, the deliverytime for a white SA is 4-6 months!!!)

Driver8,

I just ran into this thread which started back in November. Look at what you were saying back then. Now you have not 1 but 2 SA's. Quite Humorous !

And isn't ironic ... i believe this proves one thing, that all breitling models are awesome, if you don't like one model now, you are destined to love it in a later stage :)

I myself not a big fan of SA now... but who knows, maybe few months down the road i will follow the same course as Driver8 it :)
