Hi folks,

I did not post for at least two months. Two main reasons for that - spending quality time with the family and the fact that my light box is currently undergoing ''major'' redesign. Anyway, today I made some outdoor shots so please find these available for your viewing pleasure.

Non Breitling content - When my father in law heard that I am looking for a dress watch, he conducted a really heavy search through his jewelry box and showed up at my house door with this (picture below) in his hand. He gave it to me as a gift. It was Helvetia, dating 1966, with 15 years old Hirsch strap. I took it to my local watchmaker, replaced mineral glass, crown, overhauled the entire movement and changed the strap. Now it looks as on the picture below. It suits really good under shirts and it is convenient for ''dressy'' occasions. Every time I put it on my wrist right after taking off Breitling AS I get shocked - this is 36mm watch and there is quite a noticeable difference in design, weight and size...

Thanks for looking.

Hi Magdalion
The AS just looks so rugged and you've chosen backgrounds to really emphasise that quality. Thanks for sharing them with us.

The blue dial is my favorite of the choices available on the Skyland. Very nice!

Love the blue dial. Have to agree also that it is a thick watch :D

Great quality photos, the outdoor back drop certainly adds something and great job with the restoration!
