This is the replacement to my "other" Chronomat that was stolen last September. Some of you may recall that I has mentioned it had been recovered by police. Unfortunately it's being impounded by States Attorney as evidence. I'm told it could take up to a year and a half. Even appeals would hold it up who knows how long. (I'm told this sweetheart has other felonies against him) Sooooo...I could'nt wait. Here's the new beauty....

Love the romans. BTW, that dial and color looks fantastic on camel croc if you ever want to give the bracelet a break ;)

I remember the story well! I couldn't wait that long for my Breitling, either!
New one: Great choice, great dial with silver Roman numerals! Enjoy!
Cheers,
Carl

Good to see you up and running again! Did you have to take the full cost or did the insurance company help out?

The Good: I did have insurance. The Bad: I did not have replacement cost. I got what I paid for it. So I've been around and around with insurance company and their bad advise when originally purchased watch three years ago. And they're kind of Oops sorry but we didn't offer you appraised value in order to lower your premium. I'ts my bad as well, I should've known better and asked more questions at that time. I'm slightly wiser now.
