Hey Guys!
Got myself a brown leather strap yesterday, for the new Seawolf. I am more than pleased how it looks. Thanks to Tozzleozzle for his pics, which are clearer than mine. Nevertheless, I hope these shots give a good idea of how it looks. I was torn between the black or brown, and also maybe a gold colour, but the dark brown won out in the end, to give a rather rich look:

Any comments on the new look appreciated. I thought originally of getting an aftermarket strap, in the end I decided to stay with Breitling. The strap is an excellent quality, and nice and thick as well.
Cheers,
Carl

That's not a combo that I would ever have thought of doing, but it really works - a great look!

I like this combo, very professional. Would love to see a pic of the dial focused just like Pic#3. :lingsrock:

That looks very good Carl, well chosen!

The dark brown blends great with the steel and the black dial - a nice combo indeed.

Thanks. I'll try and have a go at the weekend. With my limited skills, I don't know how on earth pic #3 even turned out as well as it did!
Cheers,
Carl

Not as skanky as yours!
Actually, the more I am wearing it, the more I like it.

Hey, Carl,

It really looks great, but you aren't going to use that strap when
you go deep sea diving, are you? That is the reason you bought
the Seawolf, isn't it?

Of course! In fact, I almost got the Rolex Sea Dweller, which is good for 12,500 feet! Minimum for me is 10,000 feet, so I really had to compromise with the Seawolf!
I think the deepest any of my Breitlings has been is a few inches down in my wash basin. Now, I really am compromised - I can't even wear the leather strap in the shower!
Have to say, though, this is the first leather strap I have ever had on any of my Breitlings, and I really love the look of it. It's also very comfortable, and that is without the deployant clasp.
I'm wearing this watch every day now, including to work. I have a feeling that this is going to be the real replacement for the SuperOcean, which I had for over 10 years. Unfortunately, that was only good to about 3000 feet, so I was really compromised with the dives!
Cheers,
Carl
