Hey all! I need some input on strap ideas for my 2009 Seawolf, slate grey dial...I was thinking Ocean Racer w/ deployment but what color??? Black, Blue or Red???...Diver Pro, Black or Blue??? Or do I go leather, and the various colors with that option??? Any thoughts would be great, thanks guys!

Hi Devin

If you look closely, I think Breitling are making a charcoal coloured Ocean Racer now?

I've sure Ive seen one on a Chronomat....it also had a brushed deployment... Not sure of the Lug Width 'tho.

Hey Devin,
At one point I think we discussed the possibility of a red OR strap for your's. I thought it might be a good idea, but I saw one recently in a photo (I wish I remembered now where) and it looked a bit washed out to me, not really a true red.
I know the black would work, might be a good idea to have a look and try the Japan Breitling website.
I have been thinking of getting a leather strap for mine, and looked at the Breitling straps. Gold or Brown would look good with your's.
Mine came with the Diver Pro, and that looked great as well.
Would be great to see the grey OR that Davey talked about.
Cheers,
Carl

Red looks great on a white dial. Stick with black for the gray dials ;)

"Skyracer and Ocean Racer". Neodyne has a brushed clasp OR on his, and looks great. Kind of gives the strap a new look. I
think it would look amazing on your Seawolf with grey dial, just as the brushed PRO II does. I think the brushed suits the grey dial more. That would be the way to go. Here is the link in case you didn't see it yet:

You know, I almost wish that the Seawolf had remained an all brushed model like the titanium was. Kind of accentuates the ruggedness of the watch IMHO.
I thing that OR would look great!
Cheers,
Carl

Yet another idea. Got a brown leather strap on the weekend. Here is a link to the post. The brown would look great on yours, as a matter of fact I think there is a pic of the Seawolf grey dial with brown leather on the Breitling website, also in the 2009 Chronolog.
I will be very interested to hear the outcome of your search!
Cheers,
Carl
