Hi everyone, this is my first post and i have just bought my first Breitling (avenger seawolf). Its not super bling as its the titanium one,but I dont like shiny stuff.I'm over the moon with my new watch as I've waited a long time to take the plunge.
My question to all you ling lovers is I asked the dealer to adjust the strap to fit and they have damaged the heads on two of the tiny screws. Its very minor damage but it does annoy me.
What should I do? I dont know whether to go back to the dealer or contact Breitling direct. Any advice would really be appreciated.
And thanks everyone for a great site.

Well if you ask for an adjustment, the screws will never be perfect, but you could either ask for the replacement screws from the AD (go to the AD and throw a massive fit) Or purchase them direct from breitling, they are very expensive for 1 mm screws, I believe they are about $10 a pop. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

you could also just swap the screws that are scratched with the extras you have... but of course that would require you to have the screwdrivers to do it.

Don't even worry about it, wear the watch, and You will not see any difference after a year....

It is quite normal, that screws get scratches from adjusting the band.

Thank you guys for your comments.I think that i'll do as suggested and just try and ignore this little imperfection.I guess its probably true to say that its common for these screws to get marked when the strap is modified.Somehow i think i can live with it now that i know im not alone.

I'm sure you'll eventually make worse scratches on the bracelet... :)
