Just a couple of random pictures of my Le Mans and my SA "on the wrist". You'll have to excuse the ratty old Quiksilver top!

I wear my watches just above the wrist bone, as I like them tight enough not to move about, and over the wrist bone it just irritates me. It probably looks higher in the pics than it actually is in real life.

Ugh!!! ImageIt is the ulnar head on the small finger side of the wrist and the radial styloid on the thumb side. By definition the wrist is a joint, and therefore the space between bones. What you meant to say was distal forearm. Sorry D8, you are too bright to use such inaccurate language!Image Anatomy lesson over. Now when are you going to start selling off the other pieces of your collection for bargain basement prices?

See and I was going to correct him on that too - I mean what a silly thing to say - who doesn't know that it's the ulnar thingy and the styloid wotsit with the distal doodah.

I mean really

:?

Sorry, nit-picky I realize, but still, he is an intelligent man, should use correct language. :P
It is part and partial to what I do, after all.

Your last motorcycle accident? You have had more than one? Holy crap, you are thick. Take the hint Mario. Those things are just catapults waiting to have the rope cut. LEARN, man, LEARN!!!!

 I stand 100% corrected Boney! I hang my head in shame at such an elementary mistake - I'll poke myself in the eye with one of my distal phalanges as soon as I can by way of penance!

PS - NIIIIICE stitches Mario! Maybe Boney can answer this, but I heard somewhere that Doctors (at least here in the UK) call motorbikes "Donorcycles"..... for obvious reasons!

I'm there. I've had a couple, though only this one BIG one. Broke both hands and fractured my pelvis (hence the walker). Lost 4 friends from my riding group to the same canyon road... one huge speeding ticket which almost screwed me big time (179 in a 65mph).

I think I'll just stick to the safer activities for the time being...
