Hey guys,

Finally i found a UK AD which was willing to offer a significant discount. I've been in the hunt for this watch for almost 6 months, and here are the results.

The watch is totally amazing and it feels very compact and sturdy. Very elegant and perfect for every day's wear.

I want to apologize since I've been wearing the watch for a week now, so is not as clean as it was a week ago. I tried to clean it up, but still not perfectly clean. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Cheers

Yeah I love this watch. I've thought about buying one when I still can!

You've got a keeper there. Great choice!

One of the most beautiful Breitlings! At one point, I tried on one with the grey dial, and really loved it. At the time, I just couldn't afford it, with the pilot strap which is the only way I would get it. I was going to wait, then decided it was a bit small for me. I got the Steelfish.
I remember the detail on the watch is incredible, and the big date was something that I really liked.
Definitely a great buy!
Cheers,
Carl

Phil,

Forgive me if I missed this...what color is your dial? Do you guys know what color this Cockpit comes in? I've only seen the black in this style.

Any thoughts on a woman wearing this watch?

I saw a Cockpit Chronograph at my AD today. It is actually a bit smaller than the regular Cockpit, and it comes with some very interesting dial colours. Check it out on the Breitling website. I think the Cockpit only comes in Black, grey, blue and silver, but the chrono comes in a light blue and bronze as well. I would not hesitate in recommending it for a woman to wear. As a matter of fact, I was out at an Irish pub downtown tonight, and the woman beside me was wearing a Colt Auto, and it really did not look out of place. I think that just as the trends are toward men wearing bigger and bigger watches, so are the trends for women. Why would a larger watch not look good on a woman?
Cheers,
Carl

We have a female member who has just picked up a Chrono Colt - take a look in the main Breitling section for ijen's pictures.

My cockpit's dial is grey, but i think you can get it in black, white and blue as well. Personally, I've never seen the Silver dial

Cheers
