After 18 months my watch is not functioning properly. I used to be able to hear the internal mechanism when shaken to self wind. However now no sound can be heard and even after manually winding it stops or loses significant time almost immediately. Secondly if I use the 2 side buttons to start the stopwatch when reset to return smaller dials to 12 the large second hand randomly returns to either 11, 5 10 very strange. its under warranty but am i missing something obvious..cheers

I do not know what is going on, fortunately you do not need to either. Under warranty, SEND IT IN!!!!!! Wherever you are, USA, UK, elsewhere. You are ahving serious movement issues. Back it should go! :|

For those problems, and still under warranty, there's only one thing to do - make sure that Breitling takes a look at it. Good luck!

Sounds a lot like some pieces in the movement are out of alignment - possibly from a bang / drop?

The advice you have is correct - it needs to take a trip.

Don't even bother taking the back off, just send it in and it'll be good as new when you get it back ;)
