I have a Breitling emergency with yellow face. I am looking to buy a calf strap for it but my problem is what colour to buy??
I think it will be between a brown or black strap although I did see a blue strap that looked ok.
Has anyone any suggestions or maybe a picture of a yellow emergency on a strap?

Thanks,
Patrick

With the yellow dial I'd steer clear of brown as I think that'd look a bit odd. Black is the obvious choice, but you may (and I stress may) be able to get away with blue.

Have a look at the "Fitting" section of www.breitling.co.jp (the Japanese Breitling site) to try out a few options. If the options you want to try aren't available, I guess someone could knock up a Photoshop effort just to see what it looks like.

Why not be a bit radical?

The Camel strap is the one Breitling has that is the most yellow. Or, visit ABP for a custom made croco strap, yellow with black stitches! (Maybe black with yellow stitches if you're less bold. ;) )

Black - every day of the week! So much better than brown. I was going for the yellow faced Emergency (with a black rubber strap) before deciding on a silver EM with pro bracelet.

Go for black an' you'll never look back! 8)

The picture of the yellow E on the brown croco looks great Alex!

I would say that the safe bet would be a black calf strap, but after seeing the brown croco I think something like this would work too. Go with a strap that will give you the most options to wear on a daily basis. If you want to be different then go crazy and get a blue strap or try out ABP Straps like Aleister recommended and custom design something with black calf & yellow stitching. There are no rules, but the majority here at BreitlingSource prefer their straps to be OEM right from the factory.

Nah, I'd still try to get a yellow croco with black stitches. :)

i have White and black faced breitlings am waiting on a yellow E when funds allow

i have a brown and black calf and a brown and black croco and be it white faced i actually think the brown is dressier, on the black faces io like the black but on the black b1 the brown alos looks good.

on the yellow E brown Croco pops so well as evidenced above.

however if i were buying i would buy both then decide as alot is clothing dependant

Have you played around with the Japanese fitting site?
