i'm new here, after searching around many watches, finally i found the one attracts my eyeballs, Navitimer World. i have a few questions on Navitimer World which is.. is it safe to buy World from any official retailer shop that we can find those shops address on Breitling official website? cos i'm a bit worrying after hearing many replicas, or i'm a little bit too worried? if i buy the World, will i get the latest Breitling box? i get 25% off from official retailer around my place. it tagged at around USD6900 and after 25% off is USD5175, is it fishy? i'm from Asia, don't know how much World costs on US. all i'm worried about is.. i might get a fake watch that is.. my english is no good  , help me on this, thanks a million. :)

First, welcome. If you buy from official retailer you shouldn't be worry about getting a fake. 25% is a pretty decent discount, not like some in the USA but pretty decent. You should also get the latest boxes.

It's always best to buy from an Authorized Dealer, preferably your local AD as long as they are taking good care of you. The discount is pretty good. It's worth it for the peace of mind in knowing that your watch will be genuine and that it will come with a warranty and all accompanying paperwork.

Your toughest choice should be choosing between the black, blue or silver dial colors ;)

Well, with just a tiny bit of geography from school, most people should be able to know (at least roughly) where Malaysia is. :)

first at all, i wanna thank Phill_78 for his kind, he helped me out with this. thank you, Phill! you are the man. i wanna make it clear here between the 'latest version' of Navitimer World and the 'older version'. i know there is only one Navitimer World but Breitling has made a slightly changed on it. they have no difference except.. the latest version has the new buckle with the 'wing B' while the older has the simple alphabet 'B'. also it comes with latest Breitling box, is it all? someone knows more about the differences that i didn't point out? thanks for all the helping. all the forumers on this site are very friendly. cheers for all :D

No worries man, im happy to share my love for the 'world'

You'll find some very helpful people in this forum, with much more knowledge than me about the brand.
