The long awaited black dial SA came today. Not a Bentley Lemans, but I was really looking forward to it, and it does not disappoint! Many thanks again to George Mayer at Govberg Jewelers! He has been hyped before and continues to impress! I promise better pics after I become Ron (do not hold your collective breath!) :lol:

We Canadians are lucky because our MSRPs are identical to the US (even though our $ has 25% less purchasing power)

SA 4450$ ? (both sides of the border)

I will tell you what I paid for it once I receive it (looks like next week). OK?

I know exactly what your talking about. I've often wondered why people were getting quoted so high in the US compared to CAD. Then again that's the only damn thing...lol

Thanks to all for the well wishes. I was pining for it since they introduced the baton dials. My wife is a hard sell sometimes. This will be my everyday beater with the TT Chronomat for "dress" occasions. Next? A divorce attorney if I do not cool it for awhile!!Image
