This was my Christmas present an XL Alligator for the SOH. I love the way Breitlings look on leather.

Great combo, but why did you put the strap reverse?

Didn't relize I did have it in reverse. It's the way I have always liked them. The other way seems odd to me to pull the strap tight. Hmmmmm.....another thing I do that is odd.....

This one is a Breitling strap. I have picked up others but the XL is hard to find unless it is Bling. I have picked up one calf XL on the Watchprince site. If you don't have 8" wrists they have a very high quality sellection. Unfourtunatly I have the big wrists and every leather strap is just barely long enough so I always order XL's. Hope you have the weekend off to enjoy. Best, Mark

That strap suits the SOH very well! I consider the alligator or croco to be quite dressy, so they don't suit all the models in my opinion. I keep looking at the SOH, thinking that at some time it may be my next Breitling. The Blackbird was next on my list for a long time, but there are a couple of things about it that just don't do it for me in the end.
Enjoy your new acquisition.
Cheers,
Carl

Ha ha! Yeah they're difficult suckers to photograph without getting some kind of reflection! I should've Photoshopped it out if I was any kind of professional.

The pic is actually a few months old anyway - just thought it was appropriate for a thread on black croco straps. :)
