Wow, I just did a quick search and found internet retailers giving 40 and in some case 50% discounts... that's both good and bad! :?

Goegeous watch, saw it in person and it is like staring at jewlery for some reason, the sapphire bezel is an amazing touch!

It also has tons of history and technically very impressive (in hopuse movement), flyback, chronograph, and a diver watch without looking too stuffed. Perfect size too, and when compared to others in it's price point not unreasonable for under 10K street

Never heard of up to 50%, but a lot of luxury items are being discounted heavely these days.

This is a beautiful watch. The bezel is stunning. I think I would check off a couple more Breitling’s on my list before I gave this one too much thought.

I must be honest when I first saw this thread, I struggled to see what the fuss was about. At first glance it kind of reminded me of something like a 1980's Breitling Colt! I actually thought it looked pretty dull!

But after reading that Watchquote link, and more to the point, after seeing those close-up pictures, I have to say I really like it! Especially the chronograph version. And that sapphire bezel idea with the lume underneath is a great idea.

Which retailers were? I have been looking for one of these for awhile now, and havent had much luck. Blancpain doesnt produce many watches and have been told by an AD near me that there is a very long wait list for them. If I can get one with that kind of discount Id jump on it.

It was just a google search. I can't say I could recommend or that I had even ever heard of the online sources.
