:welcome: Beautiful watch. Rugged, tough and sophisticated. Very nice. Welcome to the most expensive addiction/collection you will ever have. Except for ex-wives. Those are worse.

Great watch indeed, in my opinion one of Breitling's better designs along with the Chronomat Evo and Bentley 6.75, and a real bargin to boot. Destined to be a classic and withstand the test of time.

Congrats!

Excellent! I am sure you will enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine. I have especially come to love the brushed look of the bracelet and top of the watch, with the sides polished in contrast. The dial is pretty bright, and I think the brushed look sets it off beautifully.
I have always been admiring the Blackbird, and while I was admiring my Steelfish today, I realized what it is about the Blackbird - other than the price of 7 grand, of course - that puts me off slightly. I realize that it's the dial on the Blackbird. It is just a little bit too dull for me, if they could give it a bit of sparkle like the Steelfish, I believe partly due to the guilloche effect, I think it would look better. Just my two bits worth, though.
Sorry to ramble on. Enjoy your Steelfish!
Cheers,
Carl
