had a look at this and think it's nice.

Is the price about right?

Appears it doesn't have box or papers.

Your thoughts please

This guy always sells genuine stuff, but I always think he's a bit "optimistic" (to use Roff's favourite word!) on his prices.... especially with no paperwork.

To be fair to him, he does mention the other issues/problems up front - but the dial is discoloured on the lume, it has a dent in one of the links and 3 scuffs on the crystal. If that doesn't bother you much, then it's probably an OK (if a bit of overpriced) buy, but if you want to get it back in mint condition it'll be a trip to Breitling.... and probably a costly one.

Personally I'd leave it at that price.

Thanks for the reply.

I would like and try to wear it regulary so wouldn't mind if it not 'totally' mint.

What is it really worth then?
How much is it 'overpriced'?

Just done a quick search on the 'net and it only comes up with this one.

I'd say about £150 to £200 overpriced - one of the scuffs can be seen in the 2nd pic of the face.

New crystal could be about £70 (on top of a service) - boxes, COSC, manual = £100 ish

Nice - but not that nice.

I'd make a low offer or wait for a better one.

I think this one is worth £725 if you can get it for that price.

Have you tried "ctrl C" to copy and "ctrl V" to paste?

I wouldn't give more than 550 Pounds for it.

Personally I'd go a bit higher on this one. £750 max I'd say, and only if you really like it!

EDIT - This is for the second one that Sharky found. Not the first one!
