Is it ok to pull the crown to adjust the time while the chrono is running?

and...

How about winding the crown while the chronograph is running?

Don't want to damage anything but was curious. Thanks for your input.

No issues at all.

The chrono is driven through the same mechanism as the time so the same rules apply.
