I just went back to that thread on WUS about this company, and there was a new post suggesting you look at their returns page -

I went and checked it out and there is a line that states -

"Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized, whether by TopValueWatches or by any other jeweler."

Hmmmmm, who's TopValueWatches and what are they doing in Simplytimelesswatches return policy I hear you cry. Well, if you Google TopValueWatches you'll find a whole bunch of scam reports. Looks like our friends at Simplytimelesswatches have just got a new name and forgot to do a find and replace on their returns page!

If anyone had an lingering doubts and were still considering trying them, this should make you consider it no longer! Steer well clear folks!
