Hello All,
I have a Classic mid 90s Breitling Navitimer.... Black face with white eyes and classic 6,9,12 configuration. The watch is on a steel Breitling bracelet.

A friend of mine has offered a straight swap for his Rolex Explorer II 16570 - watch is from the early 90s.

What do you guys think?

Rolex is my favorit, but I wouldn't make this specific swap. Don't do it!

Not a chance in hell! But then I have fairly strong opinions on Rolex and after owning one a couple of years back, I'd never own another.

Stick with the Navi.

Well that's a shocking bunch of responses on a Breitling forum.

They're all right though!

The only Rolex I would buy would be pre-1980.
The early models appreciate in value.
Mind you, I'd prefer wearing a Breitling to any other brand!

Go to the rolex forum if you want a completely different point of view. I'd stick with the Navitimer too, since it's not as common, AND It looks much cooler.

True, but even taking into account that this forum will obviously lean a certain way, this isn't a difficult decision. :P
