I can't seem to figure out the difference between the steelfish with the arrow second hand and the non-arrow version. It seems, to my bad eyes at least, that the non-arrow version has a more yellow hue on the silver dial where the arrow version is more silver?? I understand the coating makes the colors look different depending on light and angle but is there any other differences between these models?? Which one is the current model. Thanks in advance!

Current model is A17390 which can be found with an arrow and a square.

Technically speaking the arrow-head version is the newer design..... but that is the ONLY change. Everything else, including the dial colours, are identical.

As a side point I've not personally seen a fake with the arrow-head design yet, so if you are buying from a non-AD the arrow-head version may be the one to go for.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is now a version of the Steelfish with the arrow head second hand available.

Hi. I just tried on the steelfish awhile ago, and it looks absolutely magnificent. I'm not entirely sure about this though, but I read somewhere that the arrow-head version features slightly broader hands compared to the square-head version. Again, I'm not so sure about this though.

Good spot indeed! I went and checked my Chronologs after reading that post by Ryan387, and he's quite correct. Seems they changed all the hands as part of the very minor facelift.
