Only my second experience buying a watch sight unseen and my very first time sending money out of the U.S for a watch. Kepper Plaza was on it!! Every email was answered within minutes and he kept me informed every step of the way. Slight hold up with U.S. Customs requesting more info on the watch which Plaza provided right away and it was at my door the following day. I would have no hesitation doing business with Plaza again and I love my Rolex GMT II 116710BLNR.
