How often does breitling increase their prices? The new year is coming and does breitling typically increase watch prices when the catalog is released?

The last increase was about 5 months ago or so. I dont think its a set thing. They just increase as necessary.

If I remember correctly Breitling have been playing with price increases either when the new year arrives or when the new catalogue arrives. I think this year it was only when the catalogue arrived and I think that is the common way, but some odd year there have been an increase around new years too. However, if that was planned I'm sure you would have heard it from an AD already.

Yeah, the traditional increase period is in line with the new models post Basel. With recent currency fluctuations there have been occasional 'corrections' at around this time of year. Canadian prices actually went down about a year ago to reflect the increasing price disparity between Canada and the US caused by the then strengthening Canadian $.

I was told prices tend to increase in May each year, but who knows what will happen with the way the economy is going.

I was also told that discounts might start getting larger on luxury watches by my AD to help with sales with the economy the way it is. It would still depend though on the demand of the model and its availability.
