Do you know if a Aeromarine Transocean Bracelet 151A / 154A or similar would fit? Now i have a reduntant Navi SS bracelet i might go for something different. I understand that there will be a gap between the bracelet end and the case? I haven't seen a Mt Datora with one but i think the watch may look good? Once again appreciate any help anyone could give.

Anyone try this out? Think it would be a gorgeous combination and would love to see it work...

151A on a Navi? Yes, scroll up 7 posts.

I actually made the change, not sure if I am completely happy with the outcome personally... Although I have received some compliments, I did prefer the understated leather band but they do not fare to well in humidity.

Josh, you said that you have the 431A bracelet but do not have the end links. Correct?
The 431 end links will not fit the Datora but I see no reason why you could not order the 425A/441A end links and fit them to your bracelet.
I believe all 22/20 Navitimer bracelets are the same (the clasps may vary slightly) and the main difference are the end links.
Let me experiment a bit this weekend swapping end links between my 423A, 447A and 442A Navi bracelets.

I'm lost: what's the "correct" Navitimerband for a '06 Cosmonaute ??
Don't think the 423A (22/18mm) ...... 431A (22/20mm) ?? Or the "new" with fliyng B (447A ??) ? :?

The one it says in the sticky:

"Cosmonaute - 423A 22mm Navitimer or 440A 22mm Navitimer"

I bought a 423A, but it isn't 22/20mm !!! :whiner:

It's the 440A the 22/20mm with "B" and "Breitling" on the clasp ?? :(

423 sits perfectly happy on my Montbrillant Jours and on my Lemania Display Back Cosmonaute.
Both are 41.5 mm diameter, same as your 2006 Cosmonaute so I would think it should also fit.
Pictures below of the Montbrillant and the Cossie on the 423 as well as the 423 clasp.
I am not sure if 440 will fit but it will be the newer type clasp with Breitling wings on it, not the B.

I like this combo a lot but if you prefer leather with some humidity problems why don't you try some "waterproof" leather with rubber lining?
